Former Administrative Deputy-Minister Mr. Sadayuki Tsuchiya, and Senior Advisor at Toyota Motor Corporation, Mr. Katsuaki Watanabe, visited iCONM on Aug. 23.
The visit began with a word of greeting from Kawasaki Institute of Industrial Promotion Director Mr. Junichiro Sone, followed by an introduction to the COINS project by COINS Project Leader Dr. Hiromichi Kimura, and a research outline was given by Research Leader of COINS, Dr. Kazunori Kataoka. A lab tour was conducted after the initial remarks. We were given words of advice from Mr. Watanabe from a management perspective, such as to “clarify the exit strategy for further evolution and deepening.”
