Students from Kawasaki Municipal Tachibana High School International Section visited iCONM.
Oct. 13 (Thu.), 40 2nd grade students from Kawasaki Municipal Tachibana High School International Section visited iCONM. The purpose of the visit is to make an opportunity to learn about international research institutions and to consider what kind of fields the students want to pursue social contribution and self-realization in the future in order to become active in the global field in the future. Outline of iCONM and COINS was given by Mr. Hirokazu Iwasaki and Lab. Tour was followed afterwards. The students were interested in the lab. tour that they were not usually able to see. During the exchange meeting, the students asked questions such as "What brought you to Japan?" "Why do you research in Japan? What research do you conduct?" "What do you think is the important to work abroad? What should we do to work abroad? " etc. and deepened their interaction.
