Technical Information

Speakers can choose to bring presentations on a USB stick or their own PC or Mac laptops. If you use Mac, please remember to bring a connection adaptor along as well.

Oral presentation

Due to tight schedule, you are requested to strictly keep to your time allocation (15-20 mins. talk + 5-10 mins. discussion / 35 mins. talk + 5 mins. discussion for plenary talk).
Speech timer will be used for the session

POSTER REQUIREMENTS

Poster will be placed on W: 967mm / H: 1800mm poster boards. Please use A0 size.

SET-UP

Exhibition Hall C, 4th Floor, Kawasaki City Industrial Promotion Hall
8:30am - 11:00am on Monday, February 27
All poster presenters are requested to set-up their posters during the above time.
Please check in and set-up at your pre-assigned number.
We ask that you leave your posters up for the duration of the symposium, and remove
after the lunch & poster session of Tuesday, February 28. Please note that any poster left on the panel after the removal time will be discarded by the secretariat.
